Geneva Road Residential Project

Expressed frustration over the lack of a grocery store on the west side and severe Geneva Road traffic, urging the city not to approve more high-density housing until these issues are resolved.

Shared disappointment regarding the empty Smith's lot, noting that residents were promised a grocery store years ago and arguing that housing will only worsen congestion and parking.

Raised concerns about inadequate parking in multi-family developments where residents often have multiple roommates, urging the city to require at least one parking space per bedroom.

Stressed that west side residents deal with terrible traffic, poor sidewalk maintenance, and a desperate need for a grocery store and pharmacy before any new housing is added.
